At LOZZI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable).

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings that have been worn or used.

Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged upon arrival).
Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders:

Exchange Policy
